Hi Everyone,
I am ready to do this. I am not the best at jumping on the web on a regular basis will try my best. I have been reading so much info on IF and am sold on it. I have been trying the 5:2 diet but would like to step it up and really throw myself into a more paleo way of life as I have found out I have problems with wheat/gluten/and some dairy and id love to ditch the sugar - so that lead me back here. So as of tomorrow I am starting stage one. My plan is to try and log in at least every second night if not every night and update the following things:
WEIGHT - EXERCISE COMPLETED - MOOD - FOOD EATEN
My STATS are :

Height : 166cm
