Well,just a quick update. I nearly cracked late on day two, I have an emergency tin of Mackerel in tomato sauce in my work bag. I managed to leave it and have a big scoff at tea time. Today has been pretty easy, after work I went for a 40 minute run followed by some stretching and 15 minutes of body weight exercises. I reckon that I need to be taking two bottles of water with me to work instead of just one as I am dehydrated when I come home. As for the "feast" I think I will just eat one reasonable sized meal with maybe a pud, but not to over eat. I have stopped eating bread chocolate crisps and all that stuff. Funny when you realise that you don't need it .
