Hi, my name is Alan, after visiting my Dr. he advised me to give up bread and recommended that I look at the "Caveman Diet". I was a bit worried that I would not be able to function without eating breakfast or lunch and just managing on a handful of nuts and a bit of fruit. To my amazement everything went great. Being a postman means I am walking about 4 hours every day. When I finished I still felt energized enough to go and train for 30 mins. I had the "big feast" later, but to be honest , I was never feeling very hungry. See if I feel different after a week :)

I'm new to this diet too Alan and I'm pleasantly surprised by the energy also. I've found so far that sometimes you want the feast and sometimes you can do without it.  " Feast " sounds like a real pigout but I'm just eating the way I did before - probably not much to what I see friends eat for a meal. ;D
