10 pounds in week one

i made it thru week one, and lost 10 pounds. i have gotten so used to just eating the fruits and nuts during the day, that i dont crave the junk i used to eat. and noticed my psoriasis has been clearing better without eating the "junk" food.
my goal is 40 pounds, and if i continue with stage 1, i wont need stage 2.

Depends ....if you don't have any weight to lose, and you just want to eat cleaner for your body, then you can jump to stage three.
