Hi all,
I started stage one on Monday, have been drinking lots of water and graze on fruits and nut. I did have big diners at night ( I guess that doesn't help for the weight lost)
I haven't lost any weight yet

I hope by next week I'll start losing a few pounds. I'm a little discouraged about it, but I won't give up..
I did notice I have more energy, so that is a good thing.. especially with 2 toddlers.
Tomorrow I'll start doing some exercise.. I have 40 pounds to get rid of. Hopefully this diet will work for me..
