Stage 1 Week 1

Starting weight =281
Started doing some light cardio in early June lost no weight so decided to do the paleo diet.
So far one week of the diet with cardio 6 days a week currently weighing 268.

Awesome job!  Keep it going as I did the same thing with working out.  Ate mostly paleo after first stage and did cardio only as  I was afraid to start lifting as an injury could derail your progress.  For me, carrying around that much weight could increase risk of injury.  Get down to a weight close to your goal and you will know when to start weight again.  Fantastic results!!!! ;D

Starting Weight = 281
Week 1 = 268
Week 2 = 266(current)

Only lost two pounds but that fine with me. I cheated a little bit in week 2, drank some soda(to quell a headache). I workout out late at night, and recently I have found myself very hungry after working out so I have had a few small snacks, purely paleo. I was prepared for ups and downs. I have definitely noticed a difference in my clothes. They are looser and that is where I am really measuring my progress, rather than the scale.

I also have notice that I am eating considerably less during my feast, not finishing meals I would sometimes go for seconds on. I am even eating less when I graze. Really happy with myself.
