These fruits are safe ones but I would lean towards the berries on this list as their sugar content is lower than the others mentioned.
Now, with proteins, stick with lean red meat on occasion as you know, red meats are harder to digest and increase acid levels in the stomach to break them down. Stick to fish and chicken to see how those affect you as I have read they are pretty safe for ulcers but obviously your doctor is the best one to speak to.
