Bacon is fairly Paleo as long as it's good quality and not loaded with preservatives etc...... Chorizo is less Paleo as it contains more artificial flavourings. Again though if you buy a good quality one it's better. I have bacon most days for breakfast, but chorizo only once or twice a month as part of a stir fry.

I think finding sugar free bacon is also important. Most bacon is seasoned with sugar. I found Naked Bacon Sugar free. It ships online and is free of nitrates, preservatives and chemicals. nakedbaconco.com Love this stuff!! This Bacon, is no doubt amazing!
