Hi everyone

I have replied to a couple of posts since registering here this evening - as I plan to start stage 1 tomorrow.

One question I have is regarding Green Tea.   I understand that the first thing I should do when I get up tomorrow is have a cup of water and that's it.  Throughout the day, whilst I am at work,  I will eat fruit and unsalted nuts until my "feast" later on when I get home from work.    During the day though am I supposed to drink only water?  What about Green tea which is meant to be healthy (or healthier than say for example,  coffee.)   I have a green tea that has no calories, no fats, no protein etc..  Could I have this whilst I'm at work along with water throughout the day?
