I read a really cool article on kettlebellin for strength conditioning. I don't know how many people know about this but it definitely a new way to workout and it is definitely picking up steam. Check out this informative must read...

I've got a 16kg kettlebell. Unfortunately it doesn't take long for sets of swings to turn me into a mess. Snatches are the same. Mix those in with some sprints and my lungs have had it within 10 to 15 minutes (with rest breaks).

We've been using Kettlebells for quite a while -  I highly recommend them.  Start off light and build your way up... or you will get hurt.
