WARNING: This workout is EVIL Tailor it to your level of fitness
This is the workout I did after taking a month off because of travel. It's a strength and power, fat burning workout. You will get STRONGER more POWERFUL and SHRED FAT!!!
Only change weight and intensity, not order or reps.
10min warm up. (I like 10min swiming or 5min bike/5min rowing)
3 Triple sets of 5 reps: 185pnd Deep FrontSquats, plyo-box squats, unevenboard body weight Squats(I wear a 40pnd weightvest for the last 2). Do this back to back with a 1 min rest.
5x5 Deep FrontSquats at 225pnds with my butt on to a medicine ball(very deep)
2x3 Deep Squats at 315 pnds
3x5 Stiff Leg DeadLifts at 315
3x10 Deadlifts at 315
4x8 Dumbell Incline Bench with 115pnd dumbbells
8x3 Alternating Dumbell Snatch (my alltime favorite workout) with a 125pnd dumbbell
10 supersets of 10 reps DipMachine at 315pnds and 5 pullups(no rest, go as fast as you can)
This workout takes me 1-1 1/2 hrs
