Just thought I'd give you some positive feedback and tell you how much your guidance has helped me become solid and a perfect cave woman....
First and foremost, all my oils and butter are natural. Even found a jar of very expensive pure virgin coconut oil that I use (sparingly) to cook with.
Second, I have completely mastered stage3 and gone completely paleo. Given up all my protein shakes and or rice... Get all my carbs from good fats & veggies.
Third, Adopted the nothing at all during the day and feast once in the evenings. No more hunger pangs and I just hit all my calorie needs for my gym! Double YAY!!!
I have to say, it's taken forever to adopt/adjust and find what works. It is true what they say. Never rush things and experimentation is the way to go otherwise you will never find the right path/ways of adopting to this type of lifestyle.
I am now all ketogenic and loving it. Not trying to lose weight anymore but it is starting to come off slowly (FRIGGIN BONUS)
I would like to thank all of you that rendered positive support and good advice. Happy caving people. This lifestyle has changed me for the better. I still have to go see a physician to check my cholesterol levels make sure I am safe with my ketosis etc as my diet is high fat, moderate protein & no carbs or some from veggies.
It does not work for everybody but some of us have definitely found solace in caveman ways. My gluten problems have all disappeared and I no longer suffer from irritable bowel syndrome. The illness controlled my life and now I feel like a new person. I have so much time and freedom, I don't know what to do with it all.
