Slip up end of week 2

Hi ive had a big slip up i stuck to the diet very well for nearly 2 weeks and lost 7 pound felt much fitter.  The trouble is we had our first wedding anniversary and had 2 days o eating very naughty foods now i feel bloated and unfit again gotta get back to the diet 2moro think this will put me off eating bad foods as i feel crap.

Anyone else ha the same problem?

When you are attending a big social occasion or celebration then the CAVEMAN DIET can be hard too stick to. But at least you've tried the bad stuff and you disliked it. This is the new you. I tried smoking once, i hated it and never did it again.... I feel the same now about fatty foods.
