Restarting my paleo life as of tomorrow...Six months ago i started training for a 100 mile charity bike ride and somehow thought i needed a high level of carbs to keep my energy levels up.How wrong i was,one thing led to another and the next thing i know i am eating all the wrong things and have gained two and a half stone of the five i had lost(doh).Really dont want to be pedalling all that extra weight for a hundred miles,gotta get my groove back.....Wish me luck...
