This has been my both my pre-workout and recovery "meal" for the last three weeks and I'm loving the resolutes I've had. It's not a "purist" food, but, close enough for me and it helps to meet my MASSIVE protein requirements and I don't burn out at the gym because of the balance of macro-nutrients...
1 banana
1 half-cup strawberries
1 half avocado
1 tsp spirullina (an algae)
1 tsp honey
1 handfull almonds
1 shot of Wheatgrass juice
1 tsp liquid multivitamins
1 scoop high (50g+) protein, whey
1 tsp Green Tea extract
1 cup skim milk OR orange juice
3 cups Ice
