You can graze a little for breakfast if you want too.

A little protein won't hurt you either, maybe an egg or a piece of meat for breakfast. Just no toast, pancakes, or hash browns  ;D
Fight apathy, or not.

Hoon responsibly.

Claudia,
By August you should have the eating part down so by the time you can exercise food/hunger won't be an issue. Nice to see you here!

Way to go. I have found some amazing things about different foods, being hungry and myself in general since starting this lifestyle. I hope you do too. There is a lot of support on this site also. Jump in, read and ask questions. There is also a search feature to look up specific topics you're interested in. Steve

Great advice Steve!  Claudy, don't starve yourself, you can still graze.  Eat a hard boiled egg (or 3) for breakfast and graze on some veggies throughout the morning and afternoon.  If you just starve yourself, you'll lose weight, but it'll be muscle mass, since that's more nutritious for your body than fat.
Good luck here and let us know how it's going for you...  :D

thanks! u guys are really supportive! quick question...throughtout the day if i eat like 2 apples and half bag of unsalted mix nuts.. does that count as "light grazing"
also when they say for dinner 'eat only once- don't have multiple meals' what does that mean exactly? liike for dinner tonight, i had some spinach salad, my moms homemade thai chicken with peanut sauce and some potatoes? is that to much?? thanks for the replys!!! xox :D

Claudy, you can have anything you want for your meal in stage 1, so what you wrote about is fine.  It sounds fairly healthy anyways and minus the potato, you could have in the other stages also.  Your grazing sounds good, but try to stick to more veggies than fruits, because fruit has a lot of natural sugar and you want to avoid sugars.
I hope that answers your question...  :D
