Hello
I have started it today and for first two weeks intend to snack on fruit and nuts (unsalted), then bang a nice meal out at end. It's going to be tough so some advice and motivation would help me along the way.
I am 15 stone 10, 32 and 6ft. I am going to do the three stages in six weeks, and give up the booze.
I will be training most days with a mixture of cardio and weights.
What should I expect to lose and will this diet, if i stick to it, give me the energy I need?
