Starting phase 2

I'm super excited that today is the first day of phase 2 but I'm a bit nervous that I'll get too hungry and fail : / any encouragement or advice would be so welcomed so I can go back and look at it when I feel like cheating.

Keep a big old jug of water with you, the first couple of days are hard. I'm on week 3 of phase 2 and had to eat a can of salmon today for lunch because I knew I wouldn't make it to feast time. Don't get down if you slip up now and then.

So far so good; ) I'm definitely having more energy and the only time it has been hard is around 2:30-3pm for just a bit then it goes away! I'm really happy that 2 days in it really hasn't been that bad!! Yea!

Nice work, hope you can keep it up - I'm also starting phase 2 on Monday - going to weigh and measure myself this weekend so i can see how i'm doing every few weeks or so.
