Hi, been checking out the board for a few days. I have found that I do better if I take my one meal between 12pm and 3pm, then fast until the next day (or get by with a scoop of crunchy peanut butter). Any ideas for a big paleo meal I can take to work everyday? I would love to be so disciplined that I just ate the same thing basically everyday, at least through the work week. Any good one dish ideas?
