Oh cheers Steve that really helps. I will stay on it for 4 weeks too as I think, a good foundation is best for any goal in life. I need to be truly disciplined and strict by stage 2-3! I don't want to be rushing it and then end up having problems hindering my progress...

How much have you lost since?

My very first day feast... Portion too big or stomach shrinking already? I feel too full on a meal I normally eat with no problems... Some tummy discomfort and aches... I see this as a positive thing because I am already thinking that tomorrow I should eat half the size! Think I might stay on stage 1 for 3 weeks just figuring things out. No junk food on my meals of cause, never been a fan but I tend to binge once in a while... Just adding good carbs that's all. I'm excited! :D

Oh wow! 3 years huh?!! Well I guess I'm gonna have to stay clear of the whey protein for at least 3 months then see how to increase recovery protein intake during/after resistant training... It is very important I find other alternatives....otherwise lifting weights will slow my progress without any whey protein & rights carbs/amino acids... I want those mean ABS  ;)

Thanks for your post. I am new here and read this post last night and now I am on my very 1st day! Bring on the ABS! I look forward to the rewards already! I have been eating clean for a while. This will allow me to have a little carb meal once in a while! I am so glad I found this diet... I am planning to do it for at least 3 months and then evaluate my progress and health. I will do it strictly for 6 weeks to start with (Stage1 as suggested - some grazing during the day. Stage2 - no food at all during the day & Stage3 100% clean) then maybe go back to stage 1 and repeat to stage3. Do each stage for a minimum of 2 weeks.

My stomach makes "funky caveman" noises all the time! It is very embarrassing at work when it is quiet especially in a meeting or something. How do you guys deal with that? WEEEEELP!! :o

Hi everybody, I have read so many topics and gathered some wonderful tips! I'm on day one of the diet and I feel alright provided I have a cold... I take Vit-C pills hope that is okay? Following my previous diet I lost some weight. I seem to have now hit a wall and won't lose anymore fat/weight... and would like to lose an extra 3kgs. My aim is to build lean muscle mass and have that toned look... I am 5'7 Female 60kgs in weight. So I turned to this diet after finding out about the "Warrior" diet from my previous cleanse...

My main question is, is this a lifestyle or just a short term diet? I've heard that maximum was 3 months (minimum 6 weeks). What do I do after this? How do I go back to normal eating habits without putting on weight again? Has anyone been doing this for a long time and have no health issues or not losing muscle mass?

And oh, I see other people take protein shakes for their workout sessions. Is this allowed? I have zero energy for the gym and feel very light headed during my weight sessions I nearly passed out! So, I have to eat something for my workouts. I am avoiding bananas for a while.
