Glad to hear from you, mate! What a beautiful bride... the two of you make a very handsome couple. Best wishes to both of you in all of your endeavors.
I love the idea of a Wiki-styled site, but would much prefer it in addition to this one, rather than as an outright replacement.
But when you take a longer view, agriculture caused all of these problems. So it follows that more agriculture is not the solution, but rather more of the same. With planet earth being so overpopulated, I'm not sure there is a solution. Normally a species would regress, although we haven't hit that point yet, but who knows... maybe science will prevent it all together.
I propose we take a page from Ray Audette's Book and, if you want to know if your body tolerates a food, abstain completely from it for three months, and then try it and see if there is any reaction.
Yeah, I'm sorry, Matt but after a week or so my body wasn't having any of your diet proposal. Although it seemed to me more psychological. I would lose interest in fruits and nuts and just not eat anything until my feast time, which kept getting earlier and earlier. I think it would be better for me to just cut out one f00d group at a time, starting with sugar.
Lol, 99% Fat Free; 100% Sugar.
This has made social situations 1000% easier for me.Good to hear you're attacking the issue head on... you have my respect
if this way of eating will put you more in touch with your natural instincts etc, for food ,do you think it would help a person to also not want to smoke cigarettes anymore?
Hey Matt---I quit my day job and am doing my healing work full time now. Start teaching a class out at the college next monyh, too. Figured I would give this healing business 20 years, then go on to something to keep me fast and agile in my old age. They have a new rodeo sport here, you have to pull a ribbon off of a bulls horns, and you just keep doing that until one of the bulls diqualifies you. Rev John
Hi, we're an American family but we live in Taiwan, and we're about 45 minutes from the ocean (the South China Sea), but we take our 3 kids there on the weekends. The beach is usually deserted, so we play baseball on the sand using a piece of driftwood and a tennis ball, and we play soccer, with the sea as a giant goal post! The kids love to surf, and I like to run in the shallows! The mountains are much closer to us than the sea, and we go mountain hiking a lot. The Central Mountains in Taiwan are really gorgeous: lush and green and growing. My husband, who grew up here, shows the kids what is edible, and we see spiders as big as dinner plates! There is nothing like the outdoors, and the great thing about having kids is the fun we can have: hiking, biking, and cliff climbing!
Ahhh, yes. The burpee is one of the greatest bodyweight/conditioning exercises ever devised.
On your honeymoon, and you didn't take your lap top? Rev. John
Here's a link to a good article about olive leaf extract, by Dr. Mercola...

I started watching the carbs i ate sticking to the carbs more from fruits and vegietables. I notice a loss in fat especially around my gut. However I also noticed a loss in muscle mass. I understand that carbs are important and often we eat the wrong carbs, but which carbs should i be eating to keep my muscle?
Whatever comes in the future, I am prepared. I welcome the challenges in my life, for I am sure I will succeed and my genes will progress through whatever hard times I may encounter. I am a caveman, to the civilized world, I say "Bring it on."
I feel like it was the diet made for me... finally!
