Advice Column / I hope this inspires people.

I have been on this diet for 3 weeks and have just completed stage 1 and been on stage 2 for a week.
I have lost 7 kg and the best thing of all is yesterday say i was in the clothes shop and asked for my measurements.
The lady measured me and said you would be this size. I was shocked and had to ask her 4 times if she was telling the truth.
Turns out I have dropped 2 sizes! So keep at it this diet is amazing my body is fully detoxed and I am loving it.
I am now walking 12 to 15 km a day with ease and doing martial arts 3 nights a week.

I hope this will help to keep some of you motivated when you dont see result over night!

Hi Matt,

I have been on stage one for a week, I have lost 2 kg and maybe 2 cm off my waist, I started walking 6 km a day last i got to my 6k
and was not tied puffed out or sore. By this stage I am normally almost dead but I was not today and did 9km.
I am putting it down to all the good foods and the detoxing going on!

Hey all,

Got a few books today about Paleo cooking found this awesome recipe tried
it and it was amazing, so thought I would share it with you all.

140 grams of bacon
1 tbs olive oil
4 cups chopped baby cos lettuce
2 eggs

for dressing

4 tbs mayonnaise
1 garlic clove crushed
1 tbs of fresh lemon juice

cook the bacon in a frying pan until cooked and crunchy, meanwhile hard boil eggs for 6 minutes drain and peel the eggs.
mix mayonnaise, garlic and lemon juice in a bowl. Add eggs and bacon on lettuce, then add dressing on top.

Hi all,
I have been looking to loose weight and fast, I like the way this diet sounds,
was hoping to run this past you for some input. I weigh 130kg and am 6'1, I walk 6 or 7 kilometers a day
and am often very active. I have been eating apples, orange, mandarins and small hand fulls of nuts during the days.

For dinner I eat meals that include all the foods that this diet recommends, no coffee, very little sugar and salt.
I hope to loose maybe 9 to 10 kg is 3 weeks do you think this is possible?
