Don't know about most of you who come to visit but I am sick and tired of this thread being diluted by spammers and call for all there members to be banned.  People come here for diet advice, not to hear about some lousy Nike product or some "printformercials " regarding some lousy, non-FDA approved supplements.  I emailed moderator and asked that this is put to an end as I will no longer post progress nor will I answer any questions/ concerns regarding this diet regimen.

General Discussion / Stage 2 question

Stage 2 is a little over a week away and I am a bit reluctant to fast all day.  Is it alright to graze a bit during stage 2 and having a feast of lean meats and vegetables?  It seems that putting ones body into starvation mode is not an ideal thing to do but if it works, I am all for it.

Well, as a former college football player and someone who has been in great shape, I knew I needed to make a change as my weight has been hovering between 272-280 pounds for past several years.  On the road all day with work and stumbled across this website.  The info makes sense and all the diet principles I have learned in the past are now a thing of the past.  Have been carrying around almonds, blueberries, raspberries to graze and drink 2 gallons of water per day.

4/28 start date: 276 pounds
5/1(mid stage 1): 267 pounds
Cardio- 25 minutes for past 2 days before "feast" to get body into thermogenic state

9 pounds in almost four days have left my body and I know most is water weight but everything makes sense.  Excited to see progress over next couple weeks before stage 2
