General Discussion / Starting stage 1 today

I have 8 weeks until christmas and would really love to love some weight so going to give this a bash.
I will be at home for the next 3 weeks and then go away to work for the next 4 so thought about doing stage 1 for the 3 weeks at home and move onto stage 2 when i go to work.
Most days I don't have lunch anyway so this shouldn't be a problem for me.
I need to lose a lot of weight, i am about 140 kilos right now but my wife has just fell pregnant and i really want to be thin for when my first child is born.
Any advice is very much welcome
