Advice Column / Stage 2 POST WORKOUT MEAL question

I eat my one meal at 7pm. I workout at 10pm. yes, I am a night owl. Do I need to eat after I workout? I'm not hungry but I have read post workout meals/snacks are beneficial to muscle repair. Can I just do without? I used to have a serving of pecans and 3 strawberries for my post workout snack but now I'm doing Stage 2 so unsure.
