i have much more even hunger and energy levels
Sally, my second week was more difficult than the first. I don't know why. It was little harder 4 me as well.
I try to eat only what I kill except for fruits and vegetables. I've been busy lately with work and got about 5lbs of venison and duck left in the freezer and one to two more meals of fish in the frig. I need to get in the water and do some spearfishing. Anyone else try to consume what the harvest. Im not a 100% but someday I will get there.
To Sally:
I lost four pounds this past week. Another thing I noticed is that I really DON'T want the sweets as much. I think about them, but when it's time to eat my meal. I don't want any or I'll eat very little. It could be that you don't want to waste your meal on junk so you eat things that are more productive. At any rate, it really does make you want to eat healthier foods. Oh yeah, and by the end of the first week, I was REALLY beginning to detox. That's a good thing!
