Just wanted to check in and say hi to those that gave me such great advice when I started! A lot has happened in the last year. Took a blood test and come to find out my hormones, my thyroid and some vit levels were extremely low. I am now on Thyroid meds, Testosterone, DHEA, Mega doses of Vit D, and B, and Progesterone.
I am eating Paleo and working out again. I am losing inches more than weight. I eat three fried eggs for breakfast, then have dinner, then exercise then post workout snack.
Weighed 146 and now 139. It's been about 5 weeks.
I am back on here rereading my old posts to see what I did and the advice you all gave me when I started. Not sure what phase I should start!!
I basically eat two meals now with a post workout snack which is usually a serving of nuts and 3 strawberries!
