Hello...new to the forum...i have been training with various methods over the years with areas that never developed...about 18 months ago i began doing some MMA and recently switched to gi jiu jitsu...mostly because i was not recovering from no-gi and mma and i wanted to focus more on technique...during this time i dropped down from my just plain disgusting weight of 202 to 159 for my first fight...i still enjoy the BJJ workouts but it does get difficult to motivate mid-day in NYC to get to practice...i recently came across the caveman workouts which is very similar to my circuits that i had been using...here are a few circuits that i have been using and would like to share:
1 burpees 10
2 heavybag clean 115#s 5
3 kettlebell cleans 20
4 single arm kettlebell rows 15
5 biceps strap-curl 10
6 pushups 20
7 chinups 5
Goal 5 Minutes
1 burpees 10
2 kettlebell get-ups 5
3 alternating kettlebell bench 10
4 biceps single arm curl 5
5 back extensions with medicine ball 10
6 diamond pushups 10
7 hanging knee lifts 20
Goal 5 Minutes
1 burpees 10
2 heavybag clean 115#'s 5
3 alternating kettlebell bench 10
4 single arm kettlebell rows 5
5 pullups 5
6 diamond pushups 10
7 crunches with medicine ball 40
Goal 5 Minutes
what i typically do is pick two of them and sandwich in-between a concentration of either back/bi's/core or chest/tri's/core ...enjoy

Awesome!
The bicep curls sound a bit specific, but otherwise, I love it.... especially the time limit.

all are done with kettlebells...on the strap curl just attach some webbing and do it in a hammer curl motion...hold the strap do not thread your hand through it this way it also works your grip...for the other version just normal hang curls with kettlebells...enjoy
