The Caveman Power 1 Tonne Workout
The purpose of this workout is to increase your strength, stamina, and power.
This workout is a great way to test and increase your endurance, whilst doing so at your own pace.
- Duration: just as fast as you can
- Intensity: high
- Equipment: any type of heavy object



The Workout
Time how long it takes to lift 1 tonne of weight from the ground to above your head.
Example weights:
- Barbell
- Dumbells.
- Sandbags.
- Boulders.
- Kettles.
- Use your imagination - use a type of weight that works for you!
How fast can you lift a Tonne?
Use any type and any size weight. You may want to do 20 reps of 50kg's, or 40 reps of 25kg's - the choice is yours... just lift a tonne!
Note: 1 tonne = 1,000 kilos = 2,200 pounds.
