What a huge valley, anyone know the name of it?

That's Jamison Valley. That's the valley you look over from Echo Point.

Wikipedia say:

The Jamison Valley is a part of the Cox's River canyon system in the Blue Mountains of New South Wales, Australia. The cliffs surrounding the valley reach heights of up to 1000m. The valley floor is densely forested.
