Hello, I'm very new to this, but i saw it and wondered sure why not. Im 16 right now, but i feel weak for my age and size bein 6'1 and 180lbs. Ive always felt like the weaker kid of the bunch.

I play hockey, love the sport, but i need a good diet to get stronger in the gym and overall have a stronger body, which is why im trying this one

Ive always been bad with eating, eating alot often, having very big cravings

How can i combine the diet plan and any exercises, in the gym or at home?

also, how often should i graze on fruits, like a certain amount of times a day?

Hi modano and welcome to the tribe
if you're going to follow the phases, you may find you need to decrease the amount of exercise you take during the early days, as you will be drastically reducing your carb and calorie intake and this may make you fatigued. However, once your body adjusts and reverts to burning fat, you should find your energy increases, at which time you can step up your exercise again.
Exercise by doing what you love, playing hockey, or any other sports, go to the gym if you like the gym. I think the most important thing about this lifestyle is experimentation - there's not really any 'formal' exercise plan, though there is a section of this website dedicated to some Paleo exercises - they might be a good start.
I went over the park with my ten-year old nephews at the weekend and spent a couple of hours running, playing catch, fighting (getting kicked in the face...  Cry ) and it was fantastic exercise, but most importantly it was fun - I didn't realise I was exercising until I woke up on Sunday and could  barely move my legs!

Hope these ramblings help, and be sure to get in touch with any other paleo lifestyle questions.

I've just checked your BMI, and it's spot on, so probably you dont have any weight to lose. If you're feeling weak, it sounds like that's down to your poor diet. You could jump straight in at stage 3 as you're not needing to lose weight......just start eating the right foods...... you can graze during the day and have your feast in the evenings, or eat like i do...... little and often all day .....whatever you feel suits you best.

Good luck

Avoid to eat oily food and eat vegetables and fruits for weight lose.

on the contrary, having a good amount of oils along with vegetables and fruits actually increases the amount of nutrient in which you absorb. Oil is good, you just have to stick with the right kinds. Canola oil and soy are verboten, coconut oil and animal fats however are good.
