I'm from the Midlands, UK Glad to see lots more from the UK on here, I'm on day 10 and still going strong, minus the "bad day" with some chocolate. And although I don't currently have working scales, I feel as if I've lost weight already

Hey gang, newbie to the forum here. I am from Pennsylvania, US; I'm about a week into phase 1 now and feeling pretty great. Was eating healthy before but this diet definitely seems like it's something I've been looking for.

Hey. I'm new to the Tribe and I'm in Suffolk, England. I lost 3 and a half stone over the last year and a half when I found out that I have Coeliac Disease and a Soya allergy as well as intollerances up the wassoo. Going Caveman seems like the perfect compliment my Pagan lifestyle. X

Miami, Florida here.
And I get the same looks from everyone that I tell I've gone Paleo. White Rice and Black Beans is a must with most cuban meals, so people can't beleive I won't eat them. As for bread, tell someone in Miami you're not eating bread and they tell you about how they can't live without it!
Still, the Caveman diet is catching on. A paleolithic food delivery service just opened up just blocks from where I live. Way too expensive for me, but I think its fascinating the market exists for it.

Hey, you've got a Fogo in Miami. Great for a Paleo feast/celebration. In fact you might not need to eat at all the next day http://www.fogodechao.com/locations/Miami, Florida here.

Hi Houmax, Actually, it's not Fogo, although I've been wanting to go there! This is the food delivery service I was talking about: http://www.theprimalplan.com/The food looks great, but I cannot spend that much on food! Eating Paleo, I spend a lot less than that.

Yea, I meant that you have a Fogo in Miami when you want to have a GREAT Paleo feast. Kinda pricy at $50 a person but you get the same meats and veggies for lunch for $35. Lunch not served on weekends. Good place for birthdays, anniversarys, etc. Service is impressive to. Come hungry, they cut the meats at your table, like 8 different kinds, as much as you can enjoy. Even filet mignon. Hi Houmax, Actually, it's not Fogo, although I've been wanting to go there! Hey All, I'm from Romford Essex, England. Looks like I have talked my wife and son into joining me in the caveman diet, starting tomorrow.
This should help me out no end, as i am the one who has to lose the weight, but having their support shoud help bigtime.
Good luck to everyone
Nick
