firstly, im new to this forum so the answer to my question may be buried in the depths of this forum so apologies if this is something you have already read!
i currently take glucosimine,magnesium, zinc for my joints and soft tissue maintenance and repair. I compete in mixed martial arts so as you can probably imagine my body takes quite a hefty beating on a daily basis..
Is there anything else i should look into taking supplement wise for my recovery? and with what im taking (as listed above) is there anything i should avoid because of content or additives that are wasted or frankly not good for me..?
With the caveman lifestyle in mind im basically wanting to filter out any rubbish that im putting into my body that i am subsequently un aware of in these supplements.
