Hi all

I started in an extreme way by this i mean eating nothing but meat/fat/eggs/butter this didn't totally agree with me so started to be more moderate and get carbs from vegetables eg.brussels/cauli/broccoli.  Still eating the meat/fish/eggs/butter etc.

Now the other night i went out and had one hell of a binge which surprised me.  I have Cake (Pavlova) Bee sting honey cake/then cherry ripes you get the picture.  After a few hours i felt like i was on fire i just felt so hot and felt absolutely terrible.

To some of you more learned in this way of eating what was happening to me.

Yea, you were being pretty extreme at first, eat your veggies and a little fruit too.

Don't know why a binge meal would make you feel like your on fire, unless the foods you binged had an adverse effect on your system. They just make me feel bloated and sluggish. Sugar makes me hyper now.

You might do some reading on acid reflux or stomach ulcers if condition continues. Or better yet see your doctor.
