Do you hear about zumba fitness? If not here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qsSrq3HBa7A&feature=related shows it's basic step. This is just part of their DVD's I guess.

I do the belly dance daily for 30 minutes and i loose 5kg in just a month. Its little slow in start but its the best exercise to keep my body slim and flexible.

Rope skipping
jogging (in your home lawn or even in your street)
Stretching and bending exercise

I have been been using the Xbox Kinect system and teh game Dance central. Its fun and keeps your busy. I'm also working on getting some MMA trainer games(yes they have a game where you train for MMA) for the Kinect as well

Depends what your goal is but you really need to mix cardio and resistance training for the full health benefits. I suggest bike riding  or swimming for cardio as it's  non-impact and then weight training for bone health and muscle growth. Now you can use your own body weight (squats, push ups, chins etc) but you'll find yourself having to do huge amounts of reps to get increasing benefits. You really need weights but you don't need to go crazy buying benches etc. A cheap secondhand set of dumbbells, using furniture around the house and working from the floor can achieve some pretty decent results if done consistently, progressively and with attention to good form.

It's an ancient Indian yoga form and has benefits surpassing weight loss alone. You can find a hundred benefits of it. This is how it's done.
