Eggs here too. I eat about 2 or 3 a day four days a week. They're good, quick, and easy. On weekends I'll cook more complicated meals  Grin

I make breakfast every morning with salsa eggs coupled with some kind of meat, usually turkey sausage (I like the way it tastes better than pork sausage) bacon or leftover steak/London broil. typical American breakfast. I have to buy 3 cartons of orange juice because my husband downs half a carton every day, its ridiculous!! hahaha but atleast hes getting his vitamin C :p
