You can make your own mayonnaise with egg yolk and olive oil, and a bit of garlic if you like.

Olive oil and vinegar are great also. You can mix it up and have something new every time.

I use olive oil, vinegar, a teaspoon of mustard and some spices. shake up and pour its really good.

I like to put home made salsa on salad.  Just tomatos, onions & peppers.

Generally I don't put anything on my salads as I think it tastes better but a bit of white vinager with salt and cracked pepper is good for a change now and again.  Smiley
