My take on nutrition is to work hard, eat right and feel great. It takes a lot of discipline to eat clean, and I have made it a part of my lifestyle to prepare my meals properly every week. I know that if I plan ahead of time and prepare my meals in advance then I won't fall off the bandwagon trying to fuel myself with empty calories.

I really focus on feeding my body proper nutrition at every meal, especially high protein. My diet varies according to my workout intensity and how my body is changing. When I'm preparing for a competition I am extremely disciplined and take absolutely no cheat meals. However, as a newly-married woman I want to enjoy some days off with my husband who is also very fit. As long as I hit it hard all week with my diet and workout, I can modify my diet to allow for some more hearty meals without bingeing.

Hi Emmanuel,

Don't just go for a protein cut of to lose your weight it's better you cut of your calories. Just count your calories make a list of healthy diet which are rich in protein and less in calories.

If you eat what most government guidelines recommend you eat, you are a carb-burner. It then becomes obvious that in order to become a fat-burner, you should remove the current primary energy source i.e. carbohydrate.Daily 1 hour running and drink fresh juices and fresh juices are also good for lose weight.

First my friend you did't mentioned in which way you want to lose weight(overall body, belly fat, muscle). On the other hand for weight loss we just one thing keep in mind about our diet, because diet is the main thing which relates to weight directly, manage your food and try to eats clean and healthy food with low calories.I'll wait for your next reply regarding weight issue.

Question
Hi! My name is Jarvis and I just started on stage one of the caveman diet, I was wondering how much weight can I expect to lose during the 4 week timeframe?

Well, I would like to lose belly fat as well as total body weight.

When people ask me such question, I advised them to take a proper diet and exercise. Because if you want to lose your weight you should do that both thing. First of all you have to take low fat, fiber and carbohydrates food. These all are really bad for weight lose treatment. Then second is to take some exercise like running or walking. I hope you also find good result. Thanks.

Then first step you should take is being on the correct diet, That is important for you, You should do crossfit if you can't really do that than yes swimming is the best option for you, Just make yourself a little active and control your diet as much as you can that will surely keep you healthy....
