Stage one of the diet is meant to be eating one main meal in the evening, and grazing on fruit nuts during the day ......HOWEVER you don't have to follow the stages if you don't want to...... i found this website After i had started eating more heathily, i didn't follow any stages just woke up one morning and off i went!!
If you're an althlete then it's probably better to keep your blood sugar levels constant, so eat little and often and you should be fine....... you can snack on a cold chicken breast or hard boiled egg after training
