I just started this diet 2 days ago after my cousin told me he lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks on it. He told me how to eat and everything he does, so I have been doing this. I eat the nuts (roasted almonds, pecans and occasional walnuts) throughout the day. I eat lots of fruits and veggies now too. I have my 3 meals a day though on top of this. For breakfast I have either about 2 eggs with 2 slices of ham or bacon or a fruit smoothie. For lunch I usually have 2 fruits and some baby carrots. And for dinner Ill have something along the lines of chicken breast with mixed veggies and a salad or vegetable soup. I lift/run 5-6 times a week. My 2 main questions are how much nuts are you supposed to have daily? (basically I'm asking how many servings) And can I eat like this and still lose about 10 pounds by April 11th because I have a tournament coming up then? Also is this too much food to start stage 1 of this diet with? Please and thank you for any input.

You are only suppose to graze the nuts, so like a couple of nuts here and there is fine, so maybe a handfull through out the day... Eat more vegies than fruit.

Stage one of the diet is meant to be eating one main meal in the evening, and grazing on fruit nuts during the day ......HOWEVER you don't have to follow the stages if you don't want to...... i found this website After i had started eating more heathily, i didn't follow any stages just woke up one morning and off i went!!

If you're an althlete then it's probably better to keep your blood sugar levels constant, so eat little and often and you should be fine....... you can snack on a cold chicken breast or hard boiled egg after training Smiley

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
