I'm 17, 5'3 and I'm 110 pounds. i know I'm not fat and my stomach is really toned but no matter what i do my legs get really loose and every year they get worse and worse. i know i shouldn't diet but i was thinking maybe this is a good way to get my energy and natural muscle back. is this a bad idea

Don't "diet."  Just make healthy, balanced eating and regular physical activity a part of your lifestyle.

do you eat lots of fruits and veggies?   Eat more of those and that should help you Smiley
