I will be starting Monday, 11/14.  I read in stage 1 you down a large cup of water to start the day out.  How much water should I consume during the days/nights, as much as I want?  Also, I am guessing that good hearty (darker) beer should be off limits during stage 1, 2 and 3  Cry ?

You should try to drink enough water to produce urine that is a light straw color (or clear).  If you're following the phases, beer is allowed during phase 1, though it is not "paleo-correct."  It should be limited for optimal weight loss.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
