I have been walking a lot lately in the gym.  I have been walking at various speeds and inclines for roughly an hour or so.  Is this a productive workout for weightloss and for this diet.  The machine is saying I am burning 1300 calories an hour on it.  Please let me know your thoughts!

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
