Tomorrow will be my first day trying this caveman diet; I am, extremely excited!  My neighbor first told me about this diet a month ago, and how much she loved the way this diet made her feel.  I am looking forward to starting and just being healthy physically and mentally.  I am, 5'1 126lbs, looking to be 110lbs and lean.  I was needing some tips on how to control binging.  I tend to binge eat a lot when I try eating healthy and was wondering if anyone had anytips on controlling it a little better.
Thank you.  Smiley

Eating only healthy foods should help you feel satisfied and not feel the need to binge eat.

I know when I've had a good steak, a salad, and some asparagas, I don't feel like I need to grab a bag of chips a couple hours later.

PS Good reads from Melissa on why some people fail at paleo

I started last week and brought in WAY too much food to snack on (fruits, nuts and such) keep a jug of water nearby and sip on that whenever you feel like snacking.  Good luck

Don't forget to keep raw nuts in the fridge after they've been opened. They can get rancid pretty fast.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
