Hi friends,

I've moved onto Stage 2 with great success. My head and body is in a completely new state as a result of 2 weeks of Stage 1. My question relates to the consumption of vegetables. I've had 3 meals so far that are veggie heavy and, the last 2 meals I've experienced some bloating (no pain) and my stool is pretty effortless too. Is this an initial 'introductory stage' to eating veggies  meaning, will it pass? My main concern is will the body hold onto the food long enough to pull nutrients from it (in time)

Thought I'd ask and see what others have experienced at this level Smiley

Thanks in advance!

Peace

It took a bit over a month for my digestion to adjust to a new lifestyle. I'm a bit on a slow end when it comes to  adjustments though.

Aha that might be it. I have been eating 80% veg and 20% meat. I'm eating a lot of leafy greens and I'm wondering if my stomach isn't just passing them through.

I will slowly increase my meat intake too and see how that goes.
