My foots finally starting to feel better.

20 minutes - non stop (except to catch up on your breath for a minute) - keep repeating till 20 minutes are  up do as many as you can and move on to the next.

wide grip pull ups
reverse grip pull ups
ring dips
wide pushups
close (diamond) pushups
situps
weighted punches
20lb sledgehammer 15x both sides alternating left right left right etc.
25lb medicine ball slams
burpees
and repeat.

it finally felt good to go about 3/4 hard without feeling my foot maybe i can start sprinting running and climbing again

i did the same as above two days ago then went and scouted deer with my dog which covered about three miles. on the way out of the woods we would sprint he loves it when you sprint by him, he will wait a second and then catch up and blow by you. if you do that a couple times he gets out of his work, got to find fresh scent mode and becomes playful he will slow down when your running and let you grab his backside while your running up on him and then sprint off its like tag but with an impossibly fast partner. then finished off the day with a walk in deep sand with my fiance that was 2 miles and carried a 50lb pack with me.  i was a little worn out later that night.

does anyone else workout with there dogs. hes one of my best workout partners always ready to go, never complains, and is in better shape than me.  his favorite workout besides sprinting through the woods, or chasing coyotes is when it gets warm. we got huge saltwater meadows here. you spend the day on your duck hunting grounds expect you don't bring the boat. you swim the creeks and crawl through the mud walk out to the sounds collect some clams and swim and trudge through the mud back home.

Wow looks like you are doing great.  I also like to mix up running and other activities.  To me it makes the workout more fun, and the time go by faster.  It is fun when you are with a partner and you each take terns leading.  Keeps you guessing as to what is next.

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
