Today is my first day of the caveman diet! i am going to do this and NOTHING will stop me. I woke up today and guzzled alot of water, i drink alot of water anyway so this wasnt hard. I did find myself missing that breakfast burrito or bagel for breakfast. But, instead I grazed on white seedless grapes and unsalted unroasted almonds (boy do those things suck the saliva out of ya LOL). For lunch I cut up tomato, cucumber, and carrots. it's going to be hard when my boyfriend or someone wants to go out to dinner but i guess you can always find something like a salad at a restaurant, right? Tonight for dinner i will be having a chicken breast with veggies. QUESTION: are any herbs OK to use as long as there is no salt? What about spicing up the raw veggies or should I just eat them raw? I am looking to lose 60-70 lbs and hope I will make my goal with this diet. I will def keep blogging on my progress. Any input on the diet is appreciated. How is the diet working for people?

herbs are fine, and don't think you just have to eat salad the rest of your life. Eat healthy foods and the big thing is to watch the carbs they sneek up on you. You can sign up for a free account on Fitday and track all your food and activities as well as setting goals for weight.
Good luck

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
