Today is my first day on stage 1. Im grazing on almonds and fruit (peaches) and going to have my 1 meal tonight. So my question is does that sound ok for stage 1?  Im actually about 60 lbs over weight. So just the fact of losing 5-15 lbs in 2 weeks excites me. mostly i just want to be healthy.

Sounds good just watch the carbs in fruit. Drink lots of water and you'll find that after about 2 weeks you're ready for stage 2 where the real weight lose happens.
