Well....2nd week of diet and really feeling good, more energy and digestion great, no weight loss yet but just started so not expecting much yet. Noticed beans and lentils to be avoided? understand no dairy/sugar/flour but why beans...thought the protein/fiber would be good. Undecided

Not as much protein as other foods yet high in carbs...

...better if you can keep your carbs under 150 a day, 100 for weight loss...
