Hi everyone,
Wow third day in and i have to be honest I feel exhausted - probable the lack of sugar and carbs!!! I know my energy levels will pick up but I will admit after dinner last night all I felt like was a big bowl of Ice-cream lol didn't do it though

I know the diet says to eat whatever you want in stage 1 for dinner but I'm trying to be good. I had an awesome dinner though - nice piece of T-bone steak (on the BBQ lol) along with a nice salad and grilled capsicum and broccoli - was really nice. Gee I love red meat
