Just got done with my 1st week of stage 1.  It has been easy to do.  I do find my self at dinner eatting more meats and veggies and not as much noodles or rice.   Trying to get all the protein I can get.  I also work out about 3 to 4 times a week with about 30/40 mins of card and some upper body weights.  But I am finding myself so tired and not getting out of bed and at work I run a jewelry store I do have any energie untill around 3/4 or untill I have my dinner.  I'm 39 years old with two teenagers in sports, work full time and fund time to go to the gym.  The last thing I want to feel tired.  I think I have slept more in this last week then I have all together in the last month.  Help please
Also want to mention I want to loose about 40 pounds even though I go to the gym alot I have legs of steel but it's all in my upper body and seem to have a very hard time loosing it that's why I want to try this lifestyle.

Try eating more, paleo foods of course, for a few days and observe how you feel. Something like stage 3. Some bodies need more time to adapt. Try having some breakfast and see how it goes.
the changes of your body will be visible and it won't be just because of the weight loss. But, by all means, if you plan to loose weight your food intake must still be below maintenance intake.

Thank you for your advice.   What would u recommend for a breackfeast.   What I was doing this past week was drink the water and a handful of nuts or some strawberrys or apple.  Would and hard boil egg be ok. I want to stay as close to plan as posable.  If I think I can stray here and there then I get of the course.

Eat some raw liver, I've heard that liver is great for energy levels.  I've heard the best way to prepare it is to cup it up in tiny pieces so you can swallow it like pills then freeze it for 14 days, then swallow.  Don't take my word for it though do a bit of googling.  Sounds gross, but any raw animal meat is great for you, higher water content (natural source of water) and much more nutrient dense.  Who needs vegetables when you have raw meat/organs.

Traditional breakfast foods would be eggs and bacon (pretty sure bacon is alright, someone correct me if I'm wrong), but I just eat anything whenever I am hungry.  Sometimes I'll have steak for breakfast or chicken or fish, I had a beef heart this morning.

Definitely stick with it, even if you feel cloudy minded just push through it for the first couple weeks then you'll feel great.  People at work complain all the time if they get a good lunch and I'm going strong without anything.  I could do with a meal at work but I'm too lazy to prepare something in a suitable package.  I'll miss meals, and still have high energy levels.  I suppose since we're metabolizing fat all the time we always have a good source, and our bodies don't run out of carbohydrates, blood sugar plummets, and we don't feel like crap because we crave more.

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
